Review: I have to say, my experience with this limo company was downright traumatic. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. They were not only unprofessional but also confrontational when I pointed out that they didn’t honor the services they advertised on their website. It felt like I was fighting just to get basic respect as a customer.The whole situation left me feeling stressed and disheartened. I was really looking forward to a fun and memorable experience, and instead, I was met with chaos and frustration. It was incredibly disappointing to see how poorly they handled everything. Honestly, I’m still shaken by how bad it was. We really need to make sure others know to avoid this company at all costs. Or at least avoid working with Ashley whom I worked with.
