Review: Driver arrived in 2003 stretch Lincoln Town car (19 year old hoopty). Side panels rusted out, driver side window taped up and the interior smelled terrible! Driver attempted to loud talk and intimidate my wife because of a disagreement on the departure time. Clearly this guy is use to subservient women, my wife wasn’t having it. This all occurred during my daughter’s 13th birthday celebration. Situation could have easily got out of control. BEWARE! Only excepts cash or Zelle! Should have known they were trash, they don’t accept credit cards. Zero professionalism. Glorified dirty taxi cab service!

Review: Frank Charlie, our driver was very flexible and friendly. I had some impromptu requests during our rental hours that he complied with no trouble. I would definitely rent from Atlas again.Renting the limo and reserving was not a difficulty either. It was a smooth process.

Review: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Save yourself the time, money and energy you have by NOT working with a company like this. After I got a quote over the phone, the owner/employee texted me asking if I wanted to move forward. I said no, and then he said I wasted his time, I couldn’t afford the bus, he was going to sue me, etc etc. Again, I don’t think any customer deserves to be treated this way. If a potential customer is inquiring about a price and time, there is absolutely no contractual obligation to go forward with it. This company’s employee doesn’t understand that. There was no written or verbal agreement. I highly encourage you to treat future customers with respect!
