Not only was Jay, our driver, perfectly on time, but he helped take some fantastic pictures of the group while getting us around safely. Review: I was in a bind due to another transportation company backing out 10 days before a wedding event. Eastern Shore Transportation came to the rescue! From the moment I first spoke with Terrell I felt like I was dealing with a VERY professional organization. I received all the detailed contracts electronically. I received text notifications 1 day prior, the morning of, and when the vehicle arrived at the contracted address. ALL of the drivers where prompt and courteous. The vehicles where super clean and comfortable.My review gets better – I received better service, a more comfortable option than with the transportation company that broke their promise —— AT A LOWER PRICE!I can’t put a price on peace of mind knowing everything went so well for my sons wedding transportation.
