Review: They are truly great people. I had them for my quince, sister’s quince, friend’s quince, prom, sister’s prom, and a trip to Hershey park . They are truly professional and kind. There rates are amazing compared to other limousine services. For my sister’s quince they couldn’t provide us with the hummer limo because of an incident, which to me was understandable. So they gave us an upgrade for no extra charge. They had the choice to give us the hummer and let us die but they didn’t. I will truly pick them as my limousine service for my next great big event.

Review: Mirna Giron was amazing to work with while getting a reservation for a limo on my wedding day on April 29 ,2017 She was extremely professional and very kind! on the Wedding day our driver was Sylvester was such a sweetheart. Review: WORST experience ever! TELLING EVERYONE not to use this company! They are a fraudulent company that steals money and takes advantage of having people’s credit cards. A week after my service they charged me $150 without even notifying me or emailing me at all! At the end of the trip, I offered my driver $150 cash for the 15 extra minutes we used. He declined and said it wasn’t necessary. Then a WEEK after I noticed my bank card was charged WITHOUT notification. I called to have my money refunded and the OWNER was sooooo rude!! She couldn’t speak clearly because of a language barrier, but she told me she’s sick and not to call her or bother her! About MY MONEY…she said it was only $150 so why do I care?? Because it’s my money that’s why! So upset I called my bank to settle this and once I called and told her I was getting a lawyer and the SAME DAY I got the money back in my account right away. Turns out I’m not the only review that says they did the same thing to them!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. And HORRIBLE lady who yells at you. I work in customer service and never in a million years would I ever raise my voice to a customer!!
