Review: This limo company is outstanding!We had a VERY last minute notification (less than 24 hours) to get transportation for a group of 10.From many phone calls with Liam, as the # of people in our party kept changing, to the helpful & friendly driver Bill, the reservation happened with politeness, patience & kindness! Review: I recently booked Reston Limousine for a Geology Fieldtrip to local caverns for our USGS staff, and all I can say is that it was the smoothest experience I have ever had with a transportation company!! Kevin Tierney, their sales representative, and our assigned driver were professional, prompt, and made the trip extremely easy for all of us! If you need to book a van, car, or bus, I highly recommend them!! (Added Bonus-they’re perfect for Federal Government needs–They’re on the GSA Schedule!!)

Review: Just fyi, around 1:40-2pm today 8/2/2024) one of your drivers driving a black van/bus with the your companies logo on it, was driving recklessly on Rt3 driving eastbound. They were riding peoples bumpers driving too close, shifting in and out of lanes recklessly and almost clipped several bumpers. And he also switched lanes in the middle of the intersection of Plank Rd, Elys Ford Rd, and Old Plank Road and I had to slam on my breaks bc he cut me off doing it. I almost got rear ended by a semi truck bc of them doing that! I couldn’t get a good photo of them bc they kept weaving through cars trying to get ahead of traffic. But sharing the one photo I got, hard to read anything on the vehicle but at least you can see I’m not lying about seeing them. They definitely would have been speeding if there wasn’t so many cars on the road.I gave you 3 stars though bc I have no idea how your company is in general. But for safety reasons I witnessed I dropped 2 stars.

Review: If I could, I’d give you 10 STARS! We had Reston Limousine provide us with a 20 passanger bus to take a group of Senior Deaf and Hard of Hearing Folks to see a DEAF/Hearing intergrated and accessible theater production in Fredick, MD. Reston Limo did not disappoint. Our driver, Juan was friendly, warm, caring ad welcoming without hesitation and communicated as best possible with the DEAF folks on his bus. He was punctual and drove everyone safely to to and from our destination. We were offered bottled water and Juan drove the bus smoothly.The entire team communicated with us prior with continuous emails of the status of the bus working with Phillip was seemless as well. The vehicles were clean and modern. Reston Limousine constantly delivers with class, professionalism, cleanliness & reliability. Excellent customer service!Thank you, Reston Limo!
