Review: I got picked up at the airport by Shoaib, very professional and extremely respectful. Offered me water, gum, hand sanitizer. He was a great conversationalist, as well. Anthony (the owner) picked me up at my hotel and took me to the airport. I made sure to tell him what an excellent experience I had and how wonderful his company is. We live in a world that is quick to complain; I’m glad to share this wonderful review.

Review: I use Franklin for work and personal purposes for all my travel plans. Anthony and Pam are fantastic and all the other drivers are also very professional and nice. There is so much to worry about while traveling and Franklin takes some of the stress out and makes it easier. The cars are clean and in great shape. They confirm all arrangements, let you know they are on the way, are always on time (or early!) and flexible with flight changes. I had used several services prior to Franklin but once I found Franklin I have not used any other car service. I highly recommend.

Review: We used Franklin Chauffeur for our wedding night transportation to our hotel and it was absolutely perfect in every way (especially since we kind of waited until the last minute to book)! The driver, Anthony, was prompt, professional, and incredibly warm & friendly– we happily chatted for pretty much the entire trip! The SUV was super comfortable and pristine. Could not have had a better experience! This company is also the only company out of several that my mother called who spoke to her with utmost courtesy. It is all of this and so much more that sets Franklin Chauffeur so far above the rest! Thank you a million!

Review: Incredible service.! Anthony has been driving us to the airport and other needs for years. Always thinks of every detail and goes above and beyond. I even had to call last minute when the train broke down and he drove to Philadelphia to pick up my husband from a long work trip. Always ready to help. True gem. And so is the entire team.
