Review: I first came across United Limousines while assisting the head of Protocol for an African Embassy. United provided Mercedes Buses, Chartered buses and Lincoln’s for the Embassy’s entire 5 day seminar and festivities. Recently while I was assisting another African Embassy, United Limousines again provided us with new Mercedes 16 passenger Vans and new SUV’s for our motorcade which included stops at the State Department and White House. The drivers are polite, we’ll dressed with great driving and communications skills and the best tour guides you can get. I highly recommend them.

Review: Would not hire again…1. The limo arrived late.2. Exterior appearance of the car is old and very dirty, it looked like it was not washed in months.3. Interior was also dirty, despite all of your cleaning policies. There were used plastic cups inside, Champaign corks and used napkins. The chrome finished ceiling was all in fingerprints and dirty.4. AC barely worked.Unfortunately a very poor experience, and no word from management or any apologies. I wish I went with someone else.

Review: I booked United Limousine for a multi-stop event with a bunch of friends and they did an excellent job escorting us. The driver was safe and courteous. I’d use them again.
