Review: We would like to personally thank Dwayne our driver for a safe, successful, memorable trip to New York City. Our bus operator Dwayne customer service skills were on point. He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He helped our seniors on/off the bus, he put our safety first. Dwayne was funny and engaging. The bus was clean and fully stocked, most importantly all the equipment worked. We will definitely use Z-Limo and Dwayne again.

Review: Dwayne was our driver during our Washington DC Black Grandmothers Event! He treated us with respect & dignity! The bus was very clean too! I was very impressed with that. I loved Dwayne’s personality too! He made us feel very comfortable and shared information with us about Washington DC. He has made us laugh and have a good time while riding on the bus! I will definitely use this bus service when I am in the area again! And I highly recommend this bus service!

Review: Mr. Dwayne was great as a driver. He took us on a class trip with 50 7th graders from DC to Hershey Park PA and back. Has a great demeanor and strong command of the vehicle. He also has a great rapport with the children and was just very easy to talk to. Thanks Mr. Dwane for making our trip that much better!

Review: Dwayne our bus driver on 2/4:/23 in Wash DC was excellently polite, helpful, knowledgeable.and just an all around delightful person! Our bus was clean and he made sure we were all comfortable in our space. We were all from out of town. He made a special day even more memorable.
